Our program is for students at the Kindergarten level. Enrollment is based on a structured and transparent process. Parents must ensure all required documents (immunization records, application forms) are submitted prior to the child's first day.
Attendance:
- Regular attendance is crucial. Please notify the school via phone or the App if your child will be absent.
- Drop-Off: Children must be accompanied by an adult directly to their classroom before the starting time.
- Pick-Up: Only authorized persons with valid ID will be permitted to pick up the child.
Sick Policy:
A child must be kept home if they exhibit fever, vomiting, severe cough, or any contagious illness. A doctor's fitness note may be required for return to school.
Allergies & Medication:
Please inform the school immediately of all known allergies. Medication will **only** be administered with a completed consent form and the doctor's prescription.
Emergency:
In case of an emergency, staff will contact the parents/emergency contacts immediately. If necessary, the child will be transported to the nearest medical facility (Opposite Municipal Park area) as indicated on the emergency contact form.
Tuition and fees are due by the designated due date. A late fee policy applies to delayed payments.
Accepted Modes of Payment:
- Digital: UPI (Recommended for instant confirmation via the Sri DSR Kids App)
- Cash: Accepted at the administrative office during specified hours.
- Payment History: All payment receipts and history can be viewed on the App.
